Yoga

Rooted in a childhood immersed in music and dance, Stephenie Going’s love for yoga blossomed as she sought harmony and balance in adulthood. Stephenie’s comprehensive training in various facets of yoga weaves a tapestry of holistic well-being within Trinity Body Arts. Rooted in the foundational principles of Hatha Yoga, her classes seamlessly blend strength, flexibility, and breath control to foster a balanced physical practice. The introspective art of Yin Yoga is incorporated to delve deeper into the connective tissues, promoting release and restoration. With a focus on harnessing life force energy, Stephenie expertly integrates pranayama techniques, guiding practitioners to explore breath as a powerful tool for vitality and mindfulness. Meditation becomes the cornerstone of her sessions, providing a tranquil space for self-reflection and inner peace. This harmonious fusion of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, pranayama, and meditation creates a transformative experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit, inviting practitioners to explore the full spectrum of their being on the mat and beyond.
